Vyne's healthcare billing platform was scaling rapidly, but the user experience had not kept pace. Fragmented UI patterns across touchpoints created cognitive load in a space where clarity is critical. Users managing sensitive financial and medical data need interfaces they can trust intuitively.

Brief

Create a unified experience system that enables rapid product iteration while maintaining consistency across all user touchpoints. The solution needed to work for multiple audiences (patients making payments, providers managing billing, internal teams supporting operations) while establishing trust signals appropriate for healthcare and financial workflows.

Approach

The solution required bridging brand and product rather than treating them as separate domains. The work unfolded across three parallel tracks: establishing core system foundations (typography, color, spacing, components), applying those foundations to touchpoints (login, web, self-service tasks, etc.), and documenting patterns for team-wide adoption and scale.
